Request for a Review of a Rejected Complaint

This form will be used by federally regulated employees who would like to request a review of their complaint that was rejected in accordance with the provisions of the Canada Labour Code, Part III. The employee will need to submit this form to the attention of the Minister of Labour within 15 days of receiving notice that their complaint was rejected. The form was developed in support of the recent legislative amendments made to Part III of the Canada Labour Code in accordance with Bill C-45 (Jobs and Growth Act).
