Schedule F - Housing Inspection Report

Individual housing inspections reports must be submitted with the application for a labour market impact assessment (LMIA) for each location where the temporary foreign workers will be housed. This Housing Inspection Report is to be used by an authorized inspector with appropriate certifications from the relevant level of government.
