Provincial and Territorial Taxes - Multiple Jurisdictions

Form used by trusts to calculate provincial/territorial tax where a trust resides in a province/territory and business income earned in the year is allocated to a permanent establishment outside that province/territory or outside Canada. Form also applies to non-resident trusts carrying on business in more than one province or territory in Canada.
