Agreement Respecting Liability for Part VI.1 Tax

Schedule to transfer all or part of Part VI.1 tax liability of a corporation (transferor) to a related taxable Canadian corporation (transferee). Beneficial when the transferor does not have enough Part I tax to utilize the deduction for Part VI.1 tax.
