EMPLOYER’S ANNUAL HAZARDOUS OCCURRENCE REPORT (EAHOR) - ONBOARD

Federally regulated employers with onboard activity must complete this report on or before March 1 of each year. This annual report records the total number of hazardous incidents occurring in the workplace in the previous calendar year.
