Complaint Form - Monetary and Non-monetary, Road Transport (Trucking)

This form is used by individuals employed as drivers working in the Road Transport – Trucking industry to file a monetary or non-monetary complaint under the Canada Labour Code, Part III (Labour Standards) and must be submitted to start an inspection by a Labour Affairs Officer.
