Employment Agreement for the Primary Agriculture: Agricultural Stream, Stream for Low-Wage Positions and High-Wage Positions

Under the regulatory amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations that came into force on September 26, 2022, employers are required to commit to conclude an employment agreement with temporary foreign workers and to provide them with a signed copy on or before the first day of work.
