Summer Work Experience (SWE) - Employer and Employee Declaration

Service Canada requires this document to validate the eligibility of the employee you have recruited. This form must be completed on the first day of work for, and by, each employee hired through Summer Work Experience and must be returned to Service Canada within seven days of the employee beginning employment.
